Refund Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your milk or other products, you can call us to let us know what the problem is and leave the item(s) out for collection on your next delivery day. We will credit your account and if you wish, send a replacement on the next delivery.
The items that we deliver to you are paid for in arrears, every 4 weeks, and therefore the amount due to be refunded for the item(s) will be credited to your account on our system before your invoice is due and no physical refund necessary.
